Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Mira Bhayandar - Thane, India

I ordered a Peppy paneer cheese burst Pizza on 26th November 2023 at around 9.30 pm. My order was accepted instantly. It was raining that day so estimated delivery of the pizza was showing around 50 odd minutes. I waited for 2 long hours and still my order wasn't delivered. The zomato app then showed that my order is yet to be accepted which was initially shown accepted. So I tried contacting Domino's through their customer care no. but as usual their no. was not reachable, around 11.30 I got a notification stating that my order is out of delivery, I again waited for an hour and then I got a message that my order had been delivered but I never received it. Next day I contacted the manager and her response to the situation was very vague and then after a day she gave me the phone number of the evening shift manager. He told me that he will revert me in an hour but never did. When I called him today he said that he is not available for the next two days, and gave me the number of his subordinate and told me to contact him. Why do I need to contact so many people in order to get my issue solved? Is it that difficult for domino's to either send a refund or send me a pizza? I loved Domino's pizza and their services, But from the past few months their services and their pizza quality have degraded insanely. I'm really disappointed with this whole scenario and will never recommend Domino's to anyone.

The dine in was horrible. There is no upkeep the glass doors looked filthy and the area inside was shabby. Some other customer also complained and the staff started cleaning the floor. There was so much dust and the mop looked as if no one ever changed it since the restaurant was started there. Really poor ambience. Dominos needs to revamp their done in done ins

Pathetic experience every time. Their pizza's are not even worth tasting. I even call them after placing the order to make it properly but still they don't make it. 4 years back it was good but since lockdown they are failing to deliver good food. Will never order from Dominos from now.

I am extremely disappointed with Domino's Pizza's service. On 25th June 2023, I had placed an online order for pizza with order number 109. Before placing the order, I had clearly given my complete address, which was confirmed by the representative. I had also been informed that the order would amount to Rs 800+. However, a few minutes later, the delivery guy informed me that they cannot deliver to my location and requested me to cancel the order. Despite knowing that I would face inconvenience and already having confirmed my address, the delivery guy showed no concern for my issue. I refused to cancel the order, but later, Domino's Pizza themself canceled the order, stating that I had requested it. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Domino's Pizza and we'll never order Pizza from them again. They have caused undue stress and inconvenience to me, not to mention wasting my time. They should have made sure that the delivery was possible to my location before confirming my order and then canceling it themselves. Therefore, I strongly advise people to avoid ordering from Domino's Pizza, as they cannot be relied upon to provide good service.

I had ordered four cheese pizza - the cheese was not provided in that level like they used to provide earlier and after complaining about it, staff started arguing that it's proper. We had to ask the staff 4 times to clean the table and not much public also.

Domino's Pizzas are always good, but Dine has gone well below average. Ambience is nothing better than grade 3 restaurant! Order online and enjoy! Avoid visiting for dine in.

The place is nice . Sanitary is not maintained. The leakage was their in washroom. I don't know whether the leakage was of fresh water or sewage water . But it was of yellow colour. The pizza were nice . We had ordered 3 pizza.

I had visited most of the domino's store for farmhouse pizza but till now the best experience is at bhayander west store met the man name is Mr.bashir one of the best person I had met at the store..the store was closed when I entered in store and I am little bit confused with my order and payment so Mr.bashir I think he is the store manager of bhayander west store said me that wait sir for 5 minutes he is taking all the stock from store and help me with my order..I don't have to placed that order online he helped from is desktop to take the order...so I glad to met the one of the best I met thank you Mr.Bashir..thank you sir...
