Dominos in city mall is quite small.. When we got there it was full crowded.. So.. I think sitting area should be more.. And we ordered Pasta Morracan Pizaa.. And anyone can see Pasta in that.. What actual picture looks like.. They did not serve that..

Poor poor communication. Zero customer service. And definitely zero customer satisfaction in return. I had visited this place in 2019 and regretted coming here big time. Had to visit again cause mom loves eating Domino's. Visited twice this month and still regret coming here. Staff has no communication manners. They are so loud in kitchen that it looks like a fish market and no kidding. If Google reviews could allow us to upload video or photos there definitely would have some proof.
I am short of words of how disappointed I am and this experience is for us.
I have given my amount twice and they assured us that we will receive refund but we did not yet received.. please don't do all this thing dominos and don't play on people trust
I think Domino's is the best pizza making company in India , their taste is literally awesome, I have tried pizza's of various different companies and cafes but I never found that taste which Domino's provides you , go for it blindly , this is a photo of double cheese Margherita pizza large size .
Service is worst lack of employees !! They usually take's minimum 20 minutes for single order. I think they prefer to online order first so might be that's the reason.
I visited with my family, the experience was very bad.
1. Staff is very rood and unprofessional.
2. He is dinay to take orders offline he is forcing to do order online with Domino's aap, that time I don't have the Domino's app so we have to download first.
3. The place is very congested and there is any sitting place available all are occupied.
4. I am in first time in kota, so this place is very hard to find.
5. Domino's Pizza quality is dropping day by day.
6. Domino's Pizza cheez quality drop day by day & he is using low quality cheez also.
