I have visited the store on 20/11/2023 and ordered one pizza mania of pepper BBQ. First of all the person in the bill counter did not ask for my phone number while taking the order and i did not receive the manual bill along with the order and e bill also. Secondly the pizza was unbaked and no proper flavor was there. Then the place where I was sitting, had AC water leaking not only in my place I noticed in many places the water was leaking. Since It was an unpleasant experience I will not recommend anyone to this place.
Always my friends and my birthday parties held here. Cost > quality.
The food is great nothing about that.. the place is calm and cozy good for any kind of official discussion too. But they take a lot of time to serve food. I had a meeting there for about half an hour and we got to eat after the meeting it took them that long
Today I had the worst delivery experience at Dominos kodambakkam chennai, India.I order two pizzas at 5.30 pm online and till 7.30 pm that is 2 hours it's not delivered. Whenever I called the outlet they simply told me another 20 mins which never happened. I was frustrated by the worst response and cancelled my order. Sorry to say Dominos lost one customer. Friends don't order anything here they will make you frustated and atlast simply cancell your order
The person at the billing counter was very humble and approachable. Good outlet. But the taste was okay.
Pizza always late in delivery and obviously not following 30 mints delivery guarantee rule. and not upto the mark like other stores. Every topping is less. If phone call is made, store manager response is also arrogant. Worst service
Had "The 4 cheese pizza with onion and jalapenos topping". Ordered peri peri meat balls but they gave chicken wings instead which was just okay. 4 Cheese pizza is a must try in dominos.
I have ordered pizza 1week before n it ws cold n tey delivered after 1 1/2 hour's n they missed one pizza in tat. I have registerd an complaint, till nw d br.manager did take any action.
