Domino's Service at Paldi was good. Quite compact space for dine-in, they follow the COVID guidelines but one of staff member behaviour at reception was not welcoming with their customer. Felt like she was exhausted while serving her customers. Well we tried meal for 3 at Rs 500 only, taste was good.
In this particular outlet, when we ordered pizzas it was no well cooked and seems like not using fresh ingredients, some toppings were burnt, and in corn pizza the corn were not fresh and cooked properly. Sometimes pizza is just like bread without cheese. This happens to many times before with only this outlet. I think Domino's or government should incpect this outlet for quality and I am sure they will find their flaws.
I ordered Double cheese Margherita + Taco + Onion Pizza. It was the one worst Pizza I have ever had. When I dropped them a review they asked me take it back & in return they will repeat the same order at no cost for me but when I visited the place to repeat Sarfaraz The Arrogant & Mannerless guy who called himself as shop manager said we can do that for you & we don't entertain it on Sundays & asked me to whatever i can do. Also he has no manners & was using very lower category language. Hence I would request you not to go & eat at this place.
Worst pizza..Pizza comes without cheese. Seems like eating bread. Pepsi also comes diluted with water, didn't taste like pepsi. Worst experience of dominos..... Dining area not clean ....No staff available for cleaning......
The staff is not so attentive and not giving any answers to the customer waiting on order counter for their order . My overall experience was very average.
Bad thing is stairs after order done you have to go first floor and then collect basement area again go to first floor. If you have sitting arrangement issue so you have to one staff for giving it at table
Service is not good table are not clien manage is so rude dining on first floor so costomer so customers self take the order from ground floor to first floor and stair stairs are not planned so customers are fall in stairs with food And costomer have to pay again for the food
They don't know how to speak with customer as i have taken unlimited beverages for single person but the don't refill on the 2nd time,..asking they say you have shared...hut i haven't
