My recent experience with Dominos Pizza in Raigarh left me with mixed feelings. The food itself was satisfying, earning a 3 out of 5 rating. I ordered 25 pizzas for my office, and everyone enjoyed them immensely. However, the service received a 4 out of 5 rating due to a delivery hiccup. Despite being just 200 meters away from my office, the delivery boy refused to bring the order to the exact location. He cited a questionable delivery policy, expressing concerns about upsetting locals who live a bit further. This left me disappointed and frustrated with their handling of the situation. While the food was enjoyable, the delivery experience left a lot to be desired.
Overall, Domino's is a great option for pizza delivery or takeout. They offer a wide variety of pizzas, sides, and desserts, and their customer service is excellent.
