Not even one star star service,I ordered food items from Domino's which was delivered almost unpacked and didn't even think it appropriate to give a carry bag. Packing boxes looks like recycled almost crushed similar to garbage. It was very surprising when I asked for carry bag, delivery person adviced me to put the sachets and tissue in packet. They don't care about guest satisfaction only money making business. I think some of the outlets are ruining the brand name.
They are quick in service. Very good taste.
Well it's situated on top floor which is food court of trillium mall and truly speaking it's a fabulous place to spend a quality time with your near and dear. And if I talk about pizzas so they have plenty of variety in pizza having great taste.
Very poor service.i had to go at two different counters for ordering pizza and they i had to go through payment process thrice and they charge more than the actual price and keep some portion of money in their pocket overall staff is rude and now i am waiting for my double cheese margarita since 16 minutes and they say it is going to take longer now i regret that i shouldn't have visited this dominos in VR mall.very poor service dominos
Pizza and the cake they gave us in combo pack was delicious.. I always prefer to eat their pizza whenever I visit trilium or the mall of Amritsar. Their service is good and even the staff is very good. Although the price is little bit high. It's a good place to take refreshments and to spend time. Here, you can enjoy your pizza while seeing the awesome view of Amritsar city, which is bonus..
Mahaaaaaaa bekaaar .. I can't believe I spent 650 rs on the smallest pizza I ever saw which btw tasted like garbage . The order taker , so rude , didnot even bother to smile . The employees were using phones while on shift and giving more priority to their cellphones than customers . I had much higher expectations from Dominos . @Dominos you can do better .

Front staff too rude to represent Dominos. Seems like they are working for some road side hawkers where they can be out of profession to answer customers. Customer dealing in poorest of representation. Hope management take care of their BRANDING.
