This Domino's used to be good. But lately they just don't care how they make their pizza's. I have received items that were- undercooked/no sauce/barely any cheese/burnt/soggy/missing toppings. You name it I have received it. Their customer service is poor. They never pick up the phone and when they do all they say is sorry and repeat the same thing over again. Would not at all recommend ordering on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. There is no way you will get your order right or the right quality. A complete waste of money. Very disappointed with Domino's standards.
Ordered cheese burst pizzas and still they were so so so dry not at all cheesy. I don't know why Domino's is doing this, if we're paying for cheese burst at least then make it a Lil cheesy.
If I could give ZERO rating to them.. I will try my best NOT ORDERING FROM DOMINO'S INDIRAPURAM Shakti Khand 2 Outlet EVER!!!!! They are becoming the worst ever in providing pizzas ... See the attached photograph and see the way they deliver the pizza to the customer. They don't even pick their landline number... pathetic....
It's a very disappointing thing that you spend too much through Zomato but these guys send you normal base instead of cheese burst. Very disappointing service. I hope there was a negative rating for them.
The farmhouse pizza didn't have salt in it. So, whosoever prepared it prinkled salt from top, this resulted in pizza being very salty in some bites, while without any salt in some. I raised a complaint on the app and got a call from the outlet, the representative was trying to subdue my issue by saying "this is the 70th order and nobody has got any complaints like this since morning". His tone was stern and dominant at first as if he came up with a thought of "how could I put up a complaint", very bad experience in totality. Ita food is good but I am slightly disappointed as it delivery service was very late and if someone needs the food urgently so it could be problem for them and also they were not picking my call
