Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Thane, Dahanu - Palghar, India

I had ordered veg paradise cheese burst but i received burnt paradise ,fully overcooked and this is for 2nd time i recieved burnt pizza, and also my suggestion will be please stop making fool by saying cheese burst,on every order i haven't received cheese burst. When we complain they don't accept. I think this was m last order.

Today I ordered pizza for my son at 12.30 pm .... I received it on 1 30 pm ... But big issue not d time the pizza was pathetic ....base was half cooked may b dove was not good ... How can u people serve food like this ... If u guys have issues with oven or anything why don't you tell staight away we r closed for specific time ... Or else don't take orders online....

So I went to Domino's yesterday and I gave my orders .They told me your order will be prepared in a few minutes please be seated but I kept waiting. The one who came after me got his orders but I didn't get it When I asked them to do it quickly they said you have to wait .I was still calm but after waiting for a good minute I got angry and I told them that if they are not preparing my order better cancel it and they were like yes we will cancel it like they weren't even apologetic. And this was not the first time I had issues with Domino's services. Before this incident I was given the parcel through home delivery and when I asked them to rectify my order they told me that you can have the wrong order we will send you your correct order and I was ok with that but they didn't parcel me anything. Soon the next day I called them to complain about the same and they hung my phone up

I ordered through the mobile app here. The delivery time was not displayed. It's been 1 hour and 30 minutes since I placed the order, and there's no update. I tried to find the store's number on the app, but couldn't. Finally, I found the number in the chat section, but it was unreachable. I had to go there myself to pick up the order. The staff at the store told me that there was no delivery boy available, so they didn't send the order. They didn't even bother to inform me about the issue. I even tried to complain to Domino's through a tweet message, but no one seems to care. This is the second time it has happened to me. Terrible service by dominos in Dahanu.

Only Dahanu beach of Domino's Pizza don't give a catch-up free other branches give me a free catchup... This is not fer i eat Domino's Pizza in jamngar vapi and Mumbai all branches are give it free.

Hello Domino's I had order a double cheese Margarita with cheese burst medium size the pizza was like without the cheese bust no cheese at all and this is their 3rd time same lack of quality of pizza From Domino's Dahanu Parekh plaza. And I'm highly disappointed with the quality of the pizza they serve and it's now many time i have placed this issue with your pizza I'm the mostly regular customer of yours but i get the worst quality pizza Being this huge brand you people can't even serve the quality for which we are paying of it so if you people are taking this amount it was 495 rs then please give us the same good quality or other wise you will loose your customers. Very very highly disappointed with the Dahanu domino's branch and from now on I have to think to place order Requesting you to please look into the matter and please reach to our complain

Best place for foodie lover, great choice and overall delicious taste of all pizzas

They are advertising to deliver pizza in 30 minutes but they can't even deliver it in that much time. I got my pizza after an hour.
