I visited Dominos Sapru marg ,Hazratganj recently and truly not happy with the ambience, management , facility . Seating arrangement is uneven , AC is spilling water and the floor is untidy , no one is there to sweep the water and clean the floor or arrange other table for customers to sit comfortably . The one who was at the reception is highly unprofessional and doesn't know how to greet customer or do a billing job efficiently. I m not gonna visit this place from the next time as the service is slow and overall experience was really bad . I wish I could share the video of Water leakage from AC pipe . The staff is unresponsive as well .
Popped in for a pizza while visiting the lovely city of Lucknow and staying nearby. The staff were lovely. Very friendly despite me not speaking any Hindi, and the pizza was good as well. See you next time I'm in Lucknow!

I have tried almost all veg pizzas of Dominos and reviewing my experience as per a Dominos lover. Veg Loaded is best and most reasonable pizza of Dominos. It is fresh pan pizza with very selective yet yummy ingredients. And specially for big gathering you can always select this one as it is filling and deliciously yummy amongst all.
Dominos is always favorite if I ever talk about the cheesy pizzas. The cheese burst is an awesome product of dominos. The choco mousse' cake is fabulous. If we talk about this place I would rate 4.5 for food 4.0 for service & 4.0 for the ambiance.
Enjoy chilled pizza in 45degc at Domino's, pathetic food quality served. They are charging for there legacy, took amply time in delivering that too a cold pizza. Never buy from them again

Horrible service, the girl at the counter behaved as if we were there to beg for food. She did not listen and punched half the order. Hence, I had to leave the order. The place is full of filth, and they do not maintain the place as per standards.
