Regular pizza size is getting smaller as the year goes by but the rate has increased ! Dined here for lunch and had a decent experience ! Make sure your pizza has enough toppings else take a picture and file a complaint ! Sometimes these guys loot by providing less toppings !

I placed order for Paneer Paratha but corn Paratha delivered. I understand it might be human error. But there was no response for my concern raised from the store. Their app has registered the complaint which will be addressed in 24hrs. As it is food related I they should respond in few minutes. The store number given in Domino's app, was not responding for my calls. I also sent him message but no response. This is my second experience of wrong order delivery.

Pizza was good ofcourse but served very late. Staffs are not concentrating in inhouse order, busy with online and telephone order. It was noisy in the order counter and there was issue in ordering as we need to repeat three times the same order. We ordered for water but they have given ice in water bottle that too in this winter season

Worst customer service. I had ordered a pizza and pepsi through Zomato. After more than an hour the person delivers just the pizza. He goes and calls after another 1.5 hours saying he brought the pepsi by the time which we had finished eating and asked him to cancel and refund. The person at the branch tells me it will be refunded to my dominos wallet. Why the hell would they refund to dominos wallet which I don't even have when I order via Zomato? What kind of fraud is this ? They are ready to take our order and money through Zomato but cannot issue refund to Zomato. Cheats !

No stars for it I've waited for 20 minutes later they said we cant bill it you can go through app and place the order we don't have enough time to bill worst worst Pizza Hut is better then you worst

Very poor service. Nobody wears gloves and is purely unhygienic food preparation. After seeing their preparation Domino's quality control is in question mark

Order placed by mistake in Domino's app I have to contact the store but it was switched off and after 20 mins delivery person called me to ask delivery location i have said him order placed by mistake and he did not responded properly

Worst outlet. Bad customer service. Unbelievably served burnt Taco. For the ambience, i would not even give single star. The staff who served us was kind of really rude and grumpy. Overall worst experience.
