The worst dominos outlet. Staff too busy fighting with each other and not bothered about the pizza. The first one given to me had less cheese and the second one had holes in it. Not bothered about customer satisfaction at all. Like they are doing a favour to the customers. Pizza has no cheese. Only cheese sauce they have stopped using cheese. It's totally disgusting. Even the burger pizza was horrible. If you ask for more oregano they try to sell you a bottle. Does not even deserve one star. Did not expect this from Dominos

When I entered the store, I had to wait for an extended period of time before someone acknowledged my presence, despite there being only a few other customers. The lack of attentiveness and professionalism was evident throughout my visit. When I finally placed my order for a pizza, I was informed that it would take approximately 30 minutes. However, that estimate turned out to be grossly inaccurate. I ended up waiting for over an hour before my pizza was ready. The complete disregard for timeliness was frustrating. To add insult to injury, the pizza was barely warm when I finally got to eat it. It was evident that it had been sitting around for a while, further exacerbating the disappointment. The overall taste was mediocre at best, and I couldn't help but feel like I wasted my money on an inferior product. Considering the reputation that Domino's has built over the years, I had higher expectations for both the service and the quality of their pizza. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations. The lackluster customer service, the excessive wait time, and the pizza all contributed to an incredibly unsatisfying dining experience. Experience is so bad. The person who taking orders talking so rudely to everyone. And the tables also are not clear and clean. I don't know where is cleaning staff.

The best and most fresh pizza had through out the outlets of Domino's in Mumbai. They pizza's are super fresh and delicious. Need to work over the service and seating area. 5-star rating given just for the food taste.

Worst customer service ever at this store. I live a kilometer away from this location, and it took them two hours to deliver the pizza. Although I can appreciate the traffic situation, this time is equally unacceptable. Additionally, store managers are acting haughtily and improperly.

I gone there and I didn't have the phone at that point of time and I asked them to take order they r forcing me to give order from Domino's official app only.........y I asked they didn't say a specific issue and because of which I had to go to Lapinoz store to eat .........A person pays and don't even get the food to eat then what is the point of this kind of big brand restuarant
