Location is good if you want to enjoy your Pizza at a comparatively less crowded location. Located on Botanical Garden Road. But the stuffs only know local language. Overall the place is clean, drinking water is available, AC is in working condition. Dine in and take out both available.
Dominoes pizza store is located on Botanical Garden road. Decent size store with AC and standard seating of Dominos stores. Staff is very polite. Here you can also see pizza making. For kids even stairs are given to stand and watch how pizza gets made step by step. It was really fun for my son. Pizza was still in baking even after 30 minutes so they gave me 300 rs in Dominos wallet. Seems lucky day for me Cheese burst veg extravaganza pizza was superb as usual. Stuffed garlic bread was also good. Food stays warm in dine in. Still the air curtain installed on door was making a lot of sound which was a bit irritating. Overall nice experience.
Worst outlet ever in india, dominos should just shut this store. Employees are so rude they won't even take orders and ask you to order from app and sometimes if they take order they don't accept cash payments. Most arrogant employees and management

Pizza is not very fresh. Ordered Farmhouse cheese burst but not upto quality. Not sure if it were the store or overall Dominos in India has reduced cheese and increased price. Stuffed garlic bread was fine. Staff are not very responsive. They made me wait for a while and busy taking online orders. One can check other stores.
We visit this outlet and Ordered food here, they didn't taken our order and said us to order online, after we ordered online they said it is in other outlet go and collect there, such worst service I never see in any of Domino's outlet,waste of time to coming this outlet. Definitely you'll end up with worst feeling.
The worst ever experience we had. We went there randomly with our pet who is a 3 months old Maltese, although she's in our hands the whole time, one of the workers said pets are not allowed inside. After that we withdrew our idea of dining-in and just waited outside of that outlet (pearl plaza , botanical garden road) until our order arrived . Not at all a pet friendly place. They even didn't give the order on time. I do not recommend this place to go with your pets.
