The good part is you will get "Domino's Pizza" and it is the nearest outlet from BIT Mesra. They are optimally using cutlery and plastic items. Which is the best part in my opinion. Staff behaviour is veryyyy nice. But the reason why I deducted one star are: waiting time and cleanliness.

This is what they do. Not the first case. Don't place prepaid orders, instead go for CoD, so that you can deny receipt of delivery.
1. Place will be very untidy always. I live nearby and when ever i visit it will be the same. 2. AC's will be mostly off even if its slight hot inside. 3. Staff will ask to order from app and from the counter. Dont know why. 4. Pizzas quality will be fine though
Complaints are not addressed. I had an issue with a delivery order. I had raised concern through app. Store manager had called but didn't take any action. Even after sharing pics and details of complaint over WhatsApp no action was taken.
I ordered pizza at 6:00 pm and the delivery boy come to me to at 7:00 pm so according to dominoz policy i will be rewarded as free pizza, but the store manager dipak denied to provide me free pizza as per rule.. And took his pizza back
