While talking about the food it is best but when we talk about the service I will rate 1 star because they don't know how to treat people . When I was telling them my order they were just ignoring me I had to stand approximately 30 minutes just to tell what I want to eat Talking about the environment so it was quite poor . I request you that if you want to eat dominos , then always try to order at your doorsteps
3rd class service .... Go there if you have at least 1 hr to wait for a simple zingy parcel and more than that if you order any pizza ....they do not have tray to serve , not having even straws with cold drinks .... Cold drink they will offer you rasna (diluted without Gas) if you order morinda .... Hats off to Domino's food auditors..... pathetic

Cleanliness was not upto the mark Floors were not clean Tables were not clean @dominos_india you need to take care of your each and every outlet as you are a very reputed brand and need this consistency on a very very strict guidelines basis..Drinking water was only available on MRP..but here in ludhiana you need to make it free of cost..ketchups were out of stock...guys really?? Pizza without ketchup is just of no use..Please take care of these things on a regular basis by surveying or anything you can do..you need it to do..anyways ..as earlier food quality was super good..but 2 stars less only for not being clean
Pizza was very yummy and properly baked. This place is located at sec 32 Main Market nearby HDFC Bank. But outside this store, conditions are very bad. Many type of scrap were there. They should work on it
