Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Kolkata, Maheshtala - 24 Paraganas South, India

Whenever I feel like having pizza i always go to Domino's Pizza would highly recommend for great pizza.

First of all I never been there before but I'm sharing my ordered experience and It's decent. They cheese burst margarita is so so good. It's my go to, and they're delivery some times lacking but it can be for rush. Over all it's good place to spend time and eat taste food.

Domino's is my favourite place for pizza and garlic bread cravings. They are the best wherever I go. Don't have any doubt regarding their services and food. It's always delicious and lip smacking. Must visit.

Place is quite good but not so clean. Food was not good, test is ok ok. It take too much time. For me price is little high. Need to be more perfect. Experience not good.

Very easy to locate the store. Food are tasty as usual fro th brand. Difference can be found at management of the store. Entrance of the store is not at all maintained. Dusty. Inside the store seems to be cleaned. Not good for seat and eat. Too small place to keep social distancing

I just ordered one large pizza around 10.30pm through the app, and never received the pizza. The app says it's been delivered, never reached me or the security gate. I've tried to call the store and they don't pick up. Makes me question is it the brand or the store staff being so unprofessional. If you can't accept orders this late, let me know through the app or just call and inform. I had been waiting an hour, absolutely no update whatsoever. I even called the toll free number and that too went unanswered. What sort of unprofessionalism is this? Man can't order a pizza in the night now If Domino's happens to reply, at all, save the 'our guest means everything to us' nonsense, it doesn't , CLEARLY DOESN'T FEEL THAT WAY.

This place is located near Muchipara, Biren Roy Road (W). However this review is for the home delivery of pizzas. I ordered a Pepper Barbecue Chicken Pizza and a Moroccan Spice Pasta Pizza at 06:08 PM. Even though the order was confirmed immediately, the baking of the pizzas started after 20 minutes. I was keeping my eyes on the order status on the app. The order got en route around 6:45 PM, which was pretty late compared to Domino's standard. There was some miscommunication regarding the location, and the guy delivered the pizzas around 7 PM. The packaging was good and there were enough sachets of seasoning and tissues in the bag. I loved the Moroccan Spice Pasta Pizza. It was moist and soft. And the deliciousness of the pasta enhanced the overall taste. The Pepper Barbecue Chicken Pizza was okayish. It was comparatively drier. However, it had enough chicken chunks on it. I really hope that the management look into the service at this particular store. Pizzas are supposed to be delivered within 30 minutes. But they are taking way more time than that. And my house is just 1.1 km away from the store.

Food is okay types. Dining place is Very untidy and not clean. Washroom is dirt. Almost no AC. No discount or offers.
