Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in New Delhi, Delhi - North, India

This is by far the worst dominos outlet I have ever seen. They dont take calls post 9:00PM so one simply have no way to know the status of their order. The food they are serving doesn't feel like dominos whatsoever. Cold food, pathetic taste and cherry on the cake is the rude staff who doesn't care about the customer or at the very least maintaining the hygeine of the place. No gloves, dirty floors and utmost unorganised kitchen area. I was forced to pick up my order by visiting their outlet just because no one was answering the call, no status updates on app (Although I placed the order for it to be delivered to my home). Visited the outlet after waiting for 45min at my home for any update, had to wait another 15-20 min the outlet just to get any update on the order. The staff interaction was just as rude as it can be. After the wait, finally received the order and paid a sum of Rs.961 which indeed was a total waste which I realised as soon as I reached home and opened the box. The pizza was stone cold. It seems to be so old that even the base of the pizza got stuck to the surface of the box right below the pizza. Topping were put on like "JAISE BHEEK DI HO DOMINOS NE". Never ever going to this outlet again and I strongly suggest you to keep away from this place. Check the attached picture of the pizza for your reference.

Employees are the only reason that I gave two stars otherwise it deserved only one star. Domino's used to be very good but now it's just something I would never prefer. The pizza was dry, more like I was served something which was almost about to expire. The vegetables were old in it, the crust of pizza was also really bad. I ordered garlic bread too but just by looking at it, one could say this ain't garlic bread. Yet, took a bite out of it and it tasted nothing like a garlic bread. Overall, waste of money. However, kudos to employees there as they did their best with the assistance and were really helpful. Also, one more thing if the offer isn't valid or is expired just don't showcase it in whole place that's really foul.

Loved the overall experience. Great service by the staff

The place is big and neat and clean and the quality of food and delivery service is good . The place have 3 eating options u can eat there or take away your food or just get it delivered to your doorstep by placing order online or by calling on their helpline no. There were ample amount of cheese on my pizza and quantity of toppings was also good.

Visited during the time of Covid. They were following safety measures but only didn't had anyone to check your temperature at the entrance. The pizza quality is better in other outlets than this one.

Best place to visit

Decided to order a margarita pizza with a wheat thin crust and added a couple of toppings i.e. Chicken Pepperoni and Jalapeno. The pizza was delivered on time. It had a good amount of toppings but it lacked cheese and the crust was almost burnt. The pizza was too dry and the lack of cheese didn't help.
