Brand name Domino's in pizza category doesn't need any reviews and feedback but their outlet definitely need it. This outlet in Bhilwara city's centre is not meeting and matching the standards of Domino's (especially the standards maintained by Jubilant FoodWorks). First of all the location for this outlet is quite okay as if you want to visit only to the Domino's then you have to first make entry to the mall and cross it to reach at the outlet. All thought outlet having 2 floors but without having proper entrance there is no meaning of having sittings of 2 floors. Also I didn't found the trademark taste and quality of pizza here in this outlet, what Domino's is known for. The atmosphere at this particular outlet is bit of unhygienic and there was trash littered on the floor everywhere and also on a few of the tables. This makes the outlet very unfriendly to the customers specially for the kids visiting with their parents. For city like Bhilwara where you can get good tasty pizzas within the range of Rs110-170. This outlet need to work on taste and quality of service. Otherwise sitting arrangement and staff behavior is good and very much helpful.

Dominos pizza means super pizza with super service but this is a bad label for dominos 1:-no non veg options. I ask on counter why there is no option for non veg and she replied dominos don't make non veg pizza 2:-PLEASE HIRE SOME MORE STAFF they take average time of 20 -30 min to make pizza. Hire more staff to reduce it And hire some for cleaning 3:-staff was nice but they don't have any idea about pizza just show which pizza u want on menu.otherwise they will take wrong order It's better to takeaway
The pizza arrived very late but still they did not issue refund even after being told repeatedly. The manager should be penalised and removed for such nonsense. What's the use of the 30 Minutes Money back guarantee that Dominos provides? Edit- Even after the below reply that said that they will refund money, no reply from them after a month. Pathetic.
Worst no cleanliness not properly managed and inventory is not complete we asked for the produnts they were not available soo we need to take their allternatives very very late delivery worst experince ever
