Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

Simply waste. I ordered a veg pizza. Received cold and soggy pizza. I don't know when they made. I bought it for 700 rupees. Seriously how you people serve bad food... I want explanation for this. I also contacted customer care.. they are cheating saying they will call back . If u can't serve people with good food. Close the restaurant.

The Service was very poor, people who working there need to get trained in hospitality and customer handling. They are continuously talking to their fellow worked while taking the orders in local languages. Cleaning was very worst, more flies issues while eating at the restaurant. They are not giving clarity to place orders. Overall it was very bad experience, will not suggest anyone to go this outlet.

Worst experience Pathetic customer service I along with my family, as tourists, came here at this outlet last night (May 26) for dinner. It was just 7pm and they told us that the outlet is already closed. We even asked them for the reason but they didn't give any valid answer. We even saw they were accepting online orders but were not serving any customer for dine in or even takeaway as they told us right away when we entered the outlet that we are closed already. There was no signage or anything saying outside the door that the outlet is closed. Later when we were going back to our hotel, we saw few people were dining in and having their food (pizza...). Next day, i.e., on may 27 we visited here again in the afternoon at around 12 O' clock. It was a different staff now but again they told us the same thing that the store is closed. Earlier we didn't ask them much exactly why is the store closed so early. Today, we asked them why is the store closed at this point of time and I also mentioned yesterday's story to them, why are they denying to serve us. Then they changed their wordings. They then told us that we mean that the air conditioning of the outlet was not working yesterday and today as well so that's why we said that so if you can compromise then you can dine in even though their exact words were not the same at all as they only and only mentioned that SORRY, WE ARE CLOSED. I even told them you can't force us to go out. It's our call whether we can bear the atmosphere or not. And, in fact, Air conditioning was fine (although, out of two AC outlet, only 1 was working but still it was fine). Then they agreed to serve us. Even seats and tables were also not cleaned properly. Ridiculous... I highly recommend DOMINOS to look into this matter asap or else, you'll go into continuous losses because of the staff who are all like that. I admire Dominos food a lot, however, this type of service could lose faith in a new customer. I know on personal level that this is not Domino's fault but staff's and thus, I hope not for me but for locals over there and for Dominos itself, Dominos will look into this matter.

Worst experience . I ordered online from this store . 1st time it was marked as delivered without actually delivering . Store number was always busy(tried 15 to 20 times just to know if they are gonna deliver so that I could wait for few more mins) . Had to follow up multiple times to get refund . After a month , again placed an order , the status was changed to out for delivery but after 5 mins it said , order could not be delivered despite of best efforts. I tried calling the delivery person number mentioned in sms but number is not in use . Tried calling store multiple times but again it was always busy . So this time I visited the store directly to know why this is happening and I have seen with my bare eyes that the landline phone's receiver was kept aside and this was the reason the phone went always busy . When I asked , they gave some lame excuses projecting like they don't know how it happened . My question is why are you accepting the orders if you are not able to deliver and don't you even care to answers calls to just let customers know that food will arrive so that they can wait at least knowing that they are gonna get the food . So frustrating . Will Never go to them again .

Worst delivery packaging and customer service. I had order pizza for delivery and God this piece of bread toping as sides in same box. No one would eat it even for free. Raised complaint cia customer service and stores team from pammal called and gave a solution that they will refund the amount. Also they never let me keep the feedback ticket open coz they said with this ticket open they won't be able to process refund. At end I didn't get refund and all I was left was disappointment. This is not the first occurance on same issue. There are multiple issues, one another incident is when you order Indi panner and they give you without green sauce on top and they will forget the cheese burst as well(we paid in the bill) and say they are sorry the order was made wrong. We need to wait for another one which will take another half hour(ps: i had to wait for 45mins for this takeaway order)

Garlic bread is tasteless and has no garlic flavour, staff coughing and also using same bare hand to cook. Also special mention on cleanliness, washroom is so dirty as local washroom and AC IS USELSS here. It's too hot. Do something and maintain at least your standard

Good restaurant with quiet atmosphere, good view of street. Good customer service. Cozy place to have a get together with friends and family. An average of Rs.200 is enough to have a good meal for a single person. It's better to come here during weekdays during which there are offers available. Overall I'd give a for food. For customer service and for value for money.

We have ordered hot selling pizzas there but it takes more time , Weekends could be more arranged to be more spacious , Customers visiting their branch due to late service they are leaving the store. We have ordered worth 5k , they delivered pizza to us , still one large pizza missing we asked about it they forgot to make it . In total we waited for an hour.
