Really good experience with the staff behaviour n services...Pizza is always awesome here. Recently, I eNJoyed pizzas here,,,found more delicious than earlier...Just the taste gone blowed in my mouth....I Felt like amazing...Must try it once. Felt the same service here once again

The overall experience was good but I didn,t got the sauce as it was out of stock. The estimated delivery time was 15 minutes. The staffs were very much supportive, The space was more as compared with other domino's.

Always fun to visit Domino's because pizza is never ending love always best in taste anywhere u eat you feel good nice environment & friendly staff behaviour located at the prime location at raja bazzar, Bailey road, patna have a great time with friends gud to see more women staff working at the store

This pizza outlet of Dominos make good quality pizzas but the only downside here is less availability of seats and especially during evenings at rush hour. It's optimum for takeaways.

The people or I must say the owners running this outlets are scamster. They purposefully make themselves offline by 7:00 p.m on online delivery platforms including theirs....Also at the outlet they kind of create artificial scarcity and delivery boys managing the place are rude and disdainful. I would suggest to avoid this outlet. Review for order placed on 23.05.2023: I had ordered Indo fusion chicken pizza but received a different pizza. When I raised a complaint the store manager Mr. Adarsh Gaurav called and apologized. Also he promised to provide me a stuffed garlic bread as compensation on my next order. This promise was never honoured on my next order. This is the way these people are tarnishing name of Jubilant Foodworks (parent company of Domino's) in India. Request higher management of Jubilant to take note of repeated problems created by this particular store. Review for order placed on 01.07.2023: I had ordered non veg loaded pizza. Its topping was totally distorted. Also when I tasted a slice of pizza it was not fresh but stale. When I raised a complaint regarding the issue, Mr. Amit from the store called and promised me a replacement pizza. But when the replacement pizza arrived I noticed the veg seal and asked the delivery boy to open it and found it to a veg pizza. I immediately returned the pizza as I felt totally frustrated with the service of the store. I will raise a formal complaint regarding this store with Jubilant Foodworks management.
