I recently ordered two pizzas, the Veg Extravaganza and Tandoori Paneer, from Domino's. I paid extra for the cheese burst crust, expecting a delicious treat. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be a complete disappointment. Firstly, the delivery was incredibly late, exceeding their 30-minute guarantee by a staggering 1 hour and 30 minutes. By the time the pizzas finally arrived, they were cold and unappetizing. It was evident that they had been left sitting for a significant amount of time before being delivered. To make matters worse, the pizzas were not even prepared with the cheese burst crust I had paid extra for. The crust was bland and lacked the promised burst of cheese, leaving me utterly dissatisfied with my order. When I called the store to address these issues, the staff members I spoke to were shockingly rude and unhelpful. They even had the audacity to cut the call abruptly, showing a complete lack of respect and professionalism towards their customers. I genuinely regret choosing this Domino's outlet for my meal, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this truly horrible place. Their failure to deliver on their promises, coupled with the disrespectful attitude of their staff, has left a lasting negative impression. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable and customer-oriented pizza establishment in the area.

We had ordered a cheese burst pizza. It wasn't cut all the way properly so it was a huge mess eating it, to the point where I had to cut it with my hands like I tear a chapatti and tye cheese burst sauce was all over. Oh I forgot the most important part. We got HAIR from the pizza

I want to share about the excellent service the staff provided to me as well as to the other customers when I was there. While I was having my pizza, an uncle of age between 60 and 70 came there. It is clear that he doesn't know anything about what to order and its cost. He was asking a lot of questions. In any other shops, from my previous experience, the staff will get irritated after 5 or 6 questions. But here, the two staff very patiently answered all his silly questions and suggested an order suitable for him. I regret that I didn't ask the staff's name. Their service should be greatly appreciated.

One of my favourite pizza spot... Nothing but simple... But a wow factor always comes in my mind when I go have a pizza here... They make it with pure love and fresh ingredients... Cheese burst is the best add on to the pizza... Not only the name comes in the pizza... It is really stuffed with loads of pizza... Other shops just does it for name sake... But Domino's have it loaded with cheese... The restaurant is well maintained and good selection of music is played... There isn't much of a delay... They are quick and very helpful... The kitchen is visible to the customers... Which is a good sign that they are highly hygienic... Not only they are hygienic, they are confident to show how the pizza's are made and served to us... Very well maintained kitchen is seen... Love the place a lot...

Its in the first floor of the building.No lift is available. Excellent service. Not so crowded even in peak time.Have wide varieties of pizza and pastas. Attitude if the employees are awesome. Now they have offers for takeway on all days. They have dining offers only on wednesdays. Taste of pizza was excellent. Neat and clean washroom. Washroom is combined with toilet, that was the only negative thing noted.

It's located at Mahatma Gandhi road in kochi. Easily can see on road. I always love to visit dominos. Yesterday I visited there with one of my friend. They delivered nice food. Nice and responsible staff. No crowd peaceful place. Although i have to wait for my pizza due to some issue but they handled it very well thank uou

We have ordered 2 Reg BU Pepper BBQ (Good) and 1 Boneless Chicken wings (Ok). Ambience was good with channel music. As we moved to order Ms Shibi assisted us by explaining about pizzas and offers, overall the customer service was good.

Update on 1st May 2019, review about the new establishment in Coastal Chambers, we ordered Mexican Greenwave, Pizza burger, Brownies, Potato shots and Tacos. *Update on 7th Aug 2018* : Reviews below are about the Domino's pizza in Ravipuram when it was opp to Saraf Hospital. Update: Have you heard about a Domino's pizza joint without any soft drinks? This is it.! You have to live with it. These folks, initially I thought may be they don't have enough crew. Then I realised that it's pure mismanagement arising from the arrogance that there is no other Domino's around for miles... And all the customers have to live with it cos that's all they got rite? On a Saturday, @ 12:15pm, we again ended up here as kids wanted to have pizza. And they surprised me again with an opening statement that he is just opening up, it's gonna take another 15 to finish and another 20 for the pizza. So I have ruled out any future lunch plans with this particular Domino's anyways.
