Dolphin Point - Tourist attraction in Kozhikode - Kozhikode, India

Great place at Beypore in Kozhikode. We reach this place after walking the long walking stretch. It's called Dolphin point, here we can see the beautiful sea and amazing skyscapes. We can visit this place in the afternoon-evening time and see the sunset. A must visit place if you're in Beypore.

Dolphin point in Beypore Pulimutt is one of the most crowded places in Kozhikode near Beypore Beach. This is the place where you will get to see the sea walk and the floating bridge. You have to walk 900 meters approx to reach the endpoints which are also called Dolphin Points. This place is very clean and well-maintained. There will only be paid parking except that you can enjoy this place and also you can spend time with your loved one. From here you can able to see the sunset, the best sunset point. INFORMATION: Must carry one umbrella.

A view from is exceptional mornings or evenings as you can see the fishing boats and other small ships too coming towards the port. And you will like you are standing at the middle of the sea and when the wind too comes it is a feeling that cannot be expressed in words. Sea is always nostalgic. During mornings people use to go there for morning walks.

Dolphine point or baypore is wonderful spot for evng walk and night sit have parking area and good to sit calm and get refreshed at the end of the walk sea bridge.

View point is good, but it is under construction for now. Not fit to go and enjoy the view point

Very rarely have I ever got to see such unique places. The walkway into the ocean offers a view of river to your left and Arabian sea to the right. The distinct colors of both make it a treat to watch. Here one can spend as long or as little time they want watching the waves hit the rocks, fisherman with varying catch and boat sizes. Overall the river water mixing in with sea is very distinctly visible. Cool breezes add to the overall experience.

Very nice place though it can be maintained very well. Still lot of paper trash and almost all lightings are damaged. Sometime I wonder why contractors does such a substandard work. If they do it properly it can be a life long memory for them to cherish

It'd be an unjust decision if in Kozhikode & didn't visit Dolphin point. Even if it is so, do check it's location in Google map & reconsider. Be solo or with family or with friends, this spot has its own beauty & up to certain extent incomparable. Of course, best time to visit in a day at this point is, either early morning or after 4 PM in the evening because it falls on the Western coast & sunset could be watched. An excellent place!!
