Sky high charges, Dr visits once in a day just for 5 min ,per visit they charge 3000, some of the nurses are good some are rude, experience with Dr. Ashish Batham was not so good. Hospital facility is not good, although some rare cases are also treated and cured I was heard from parents there. Bill for 4 to 5 days reaching some lakh Rs and even more, avoid this hospital Find better one.

Very bad experience, only business purpose work here not patient health purpose & not care properly & not suggest properly from doctors & nurses.very rude behavior. I request you to people's don't admit your children in this hospital, I suggest to dolphin hospital staff & management please change yours behavior otherwise this is not good for hospital for long running. Worst Experience and very poor management. Visit with caution knowing your child at risk.

Unclean, unhygienic, general ward is like black water punishment, no exhaust fasility, suffocation is a big problem, medicine cost is too high, delayed time to treet the patient.

Worst experience ever...... I have chosen private hospitals expecting better service but service is worst then government hospital.. doctor are there not your baby better health but just to make money . You can visit Dolphin hospital if you not bother your loved one health/life .. and have enough black money

Best mother and children hospital so far, especially nursing staff is the best, extremely experienced and helpful. Keep it up

Dr.Hemant Jain doesn't care what just patient relatives say , they don't even check up child and say everything will be okay, Baby get well soon but that's not true , we have to change hospital and Dr for that reason . Dr Hemant Jain and Dolphin Hospital is not baby friendly.

My wife's gynecologist recommended and finally chose Dolphin Hospital to carry out a small procedure and we readily agreed to it as it was a hospital with no active COVID ward. My wife got Rapid Antigen test done from Sodani Diagnostic Centre and submitted the negative report with her doctor. We reached the Hospital, but after much difficulty. The mentioned location on Google Maps was slightly incorrect and we kept hovering in loops. We had to take help from age-old popular technique of asking passerby about it. The parking was quite congested and cannot accommodate more than 7-8 four wheelers and around 12-15 two wheelers. We completed the admission formalities and were taken to semi ward 5. It had two children admitted already and we occupied the third bed. It was just twenty minutes procedure, but we were supposed to stay back for 4-5 hours. The nursing staff and housekeeping staff looked slightly indifferent. There was a common washroom among all the three beds and it was literally stinking. The reason was simple. Each admitted child had 3-4 attendants accompanying her/him and all of them were making use of the washroom. We made requests and then the washroom got cleaned. The attendants were making noise and simply infringing privacy, but there was none to pay any heed to it. However, the Operation Theatre facility was flawless and impeccably clean and well-equipped. The procedure got completed and my wife was shifted to the same ward. She was in an unconscious state. I went to the canteen on the Ground Floor to grab a bite. It was so small and highly congested. It had numerous cartons lying all around. The charges at the canteen were reasonable and the food was fine, but there was literally no space to even sit. The overall charges for using Operation Theatre and occupying bed in semi-ward were moderate, but we did not like the treatment of the nursing and housekeeping staff and later of the staff at billing counter. The lady at the billing counter made us wait for more than an hour. The hospital may work on areas of improvement and may elevate its position as one of the finest healthcare establishments in the commercial capital of Madhya Pradesh.
