Dolphin Bay Varkala - Resort hotel in Varkala - Thiruvananthapuram, India

Had a wonderful stay here with my family consisting of a 1 year old. Calm, beautiful resort; well maintained and perfectly neat rooms. Loved the common area and the vivid variety of well pruned plants which became perfect frames for our pictures!

Thank you so much, Babu! This is the best place to relax in Kerala. Absolutely everything is good and clean here! Babu is a great host who is always ready to help. He has a beautiful garden, helpful staff and wonderful open-air kitchen! We were also guided to good restaurants, stores and places to visit. If you are going to visit Varkala - stop at Dolphin Bay only. You won't find the better place to stop and take a rest, i guess.

A peaceful, ambience location Suits for family or group. The independent cottage stay give privacy and the gardens around the property is making the location more attractive... The staff especially the owner Babu Chettan they are awesome . Totally worth stay and safe.

Excellent service by the resort. Very happy with the stay. Very thankful to the owner for his kind gesture to extend our stay for a couple of hours as we had some time to spare before our bus to Bangalore. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed at Dolphin Bay for two nights. The room and bathroom were spotless. The cupboard has a locker facility too. This location is just 200 metres from the cliff, a 2-minute walk away (behind the Darjeeling Cafe). Thank you for being such a nice host, Mr. Babu. Bookings can be made directly with Babu.

The owner of this place is a chill-pill, nice and generous gentleman. He is an amazing host and is a nature enthusiast. He was kind enough to let us check the property before we checked in. This is a family friendly property, and you can blindly go for it. We had a late evening train and were 7 members with elderly. Requested him if he could let us extend one of the 3 cottages that we booked until evening, he was kind enough to give us two at no additional cost. He is very responsive and will assist you with anything that will make your stay comfortable. The Wi-Fi works well. Highly recommended, we will definitely return when we plan for Varkala. A serene and calm place close to Varkala cliff. If you are wishing to spend some quality time with your loved ones ,this is the perfect spot. The cliff is just 3 min walk from the place. Close to restaurants and also you can order food via swiggy. Good and clean rooms with hot water availability
