Overpriced goods. They don't want to show the MRP of vaccines. Charged me 120rs extra(each vaccine) total 1800rs then other shops. I visited this place since 2011 but never faced all this till today, If you need money/donation you can ask nicely, don't cheat people .
It's a very good health care center for pets. The doctor is seasoned and a pet lover too. They check and take care the pets with great sensitivity and expertise. I came there for my pets rabbit pucchu. They checked and guided me too about how to take care of the pets on daily basis. My pet felt he is in safe hands and also my pet recovered from hair fall and digestive problems soon by their given medicine and tips. Highly recommended 10/10

The staffs are really experienced but the best part is that this store is manned by people who are very honest. I lost my gold ring in the doctor's chamber while attending to my pet. Later when I realised, I called them and they took the effort to search for it and return it back. This kind of honesty is hard to find in today's world. I wish them all the success and growth.
Disappointed and definitely not visiting again. They lack basic empathy wrt pets. Their insensible handling of the pet leaves it in trauma after a basic service like nail cutting and cleaning. Also, they overcharge alongside having an unprofessional staff and management.
Very good Doctor and and all the staffs, all they have a helpful heart and soul for stray dogs, they gave 10 kg puppy food for stray dogs...and I am very thankful for them..I am so grateful that they gave me food for hungry stray dogs..I recommend everyone ...thank you so much for your kind help and support

Staffs are cooperative but a guy who manage the bill, may be he is owner of this shop.. He has rude behavior. Customer like me is clueless about animals when they get sick. When you ask them few doubts , this bill guy gets annoyed and starts to respond rudely. He thinks customers are toy he can say anything he wants. My friend had experienced the same still I went there because it's nearest. If customer is peace person you can visit. Otherwise not recommended. If I visit this shop again, I'll surely end up hitting his money face.
