Well constructed 2/3 BHK residential gated community with excellent ventilation and Vaastu . Facilities: 100% power back-up, Rain water harvesting, Water treatment plant, Lifts in all blocks, Children Play areas with walking area and covered parking zones.
I live in this apartment. Rents are high. Most of the flats donot have proper ventilation. Maintainence is very high compared to similar apartments. Water is filtered but very hard. Not good for skin and hair. Generator backup available. No proper security. Strangers/visitors roam freely inside the apartment compound as there is an adjoining commercial complex. Association members think they can do are everyone with their silly rules. Arrogant people and only job is to collect maintainence and not spend it for the intended purposes. Not many activities. Park is available for children but not many equipment for playing.
This estate is spacious and provides better living peacefully in a good environment.
