Having a big building and offering a number of services is of zero value to people if you cannot provide sufficient training for the staff. A simple know-how of greeting a customer alone makes a huge difference, even if they are totally dumb in every other single thing.Talking about my realization, I went there to check my fasting blood sugar, and was very tired because of a week of sickness. They told me to wait, and I waited. I did not know I had to again 'request' for getting my name listed in the queue. Then my time came, and the lady just stabbed the heck out of me with that syringe, and I was wondering what she was even doing. The pain did not go away even after an hour. I got out quickly and told myself this is the very last time I was gonna visit this hitech abomination.
Very bad service. Need to focus more on appointment times . Don't give all patients same time. And the last one want to wait whole day for it. Time is valuable for everyone. Please take it as a feedback and work on it.

Went for USG scan.. Unnecessary waiting for scanninng and for result. No coordination between staff.. Such a bad experience.
