Doctors Plaza - Medical clinic in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

Located in one of the most cramped streets in west tambaram, adjacent to shanmugham road. Plaza itself is cramped one. No seating comforts, phenyl smell always welcomes everyone. Building has not been renovated at all. Fans do not work properly and there is no air ventilation. It is surprising to see highly qualified specialists are visiting here on daily basis. If someone does not have any choice, can be visited here.

The entire building is in bad shape. Uncleaned place, bathrooms and washbasin area are the worst. Waiting area is pathetic and steps are very steep. Elderly people will find it difficult to climb up. Hope they do some renovation and make it look good and cleaned

Doctors PLAZA is very cramped & not the right place for old people to go... No lift & mostly old people have to go to 1st floor with agony. Also Steps are very narrow & not recommended building for clinical setup at all. Even V don't have proper place to leaving the sandals which was emphasized by doctors while entering consultation room.. But overall Consultant fees are Rs 500+. Which is equal to speciality Hospital. Seems Doctors are not concerned about the infrastructure & Difficulties patients are facing Is there some Guideline to setup doctors Plaza? And if so. How it come approved? Some Authorities need to review & rate it. And same to be escalated to corporation.

Dr shankar narayanan is the worst doctor. Rude impolite bossy and useless. 1000 rs consultant fees is way too much for this type of a consultation...he is stabbing the patient with his words. No practical check and he is act like bossy not an doctor please don't waste your money! Look another neurologist if u want! There is no option for me to submit comment with 0 star review so that i rated him single star.

This is charged like private hospital. Care is like government hospital (or worse). I went to this Dr Pughazehdi - for stomach Issues .. they made me wait for 1.5 hours (saying 45 mins). Rudest and horrible consultation and also the support staff. They are all unhappy and entitled. I was talking to my wife in between (who doesnt speak tamil) to get some facts right , like dates, etc as we were travelling... so he could diagnose me accurately(obvi i cant talk to her in tamil).. and his ego got hit and triggered.. he even said if you want to keep talking to her - just leave.. I realized i wanted to get consultation without antonizing him further. spoke to him tamil (not that i have problem talking in my mother tongue. it is just respectful to talk in common language if many are present) And after that the advice also very bad.. he saying "dont worry" " do meditation".. lol like i needed that.. I want to know why my stomach isnt fine.. phew.. very difficult to deal with his ego. Tried to ask him why is referring a certain medicine and why a certain prognosis. He didnt want to answer them at all. You'd be better off consulting practo or local ones.

Unable to get good experience here Visit timing was informed almost correctly in advance. I met along with a family member to Dr. Sankaranarayanan (neurologist). Express on subject & details are not reflected in good way. Being this lead to confusion with irritation, second opinion got and clarified. I didn't expect from a senior doctor on approach level and expressing the things. Being earlier rating was reasonable, we expected the same, but couldn't.

I visited Dr. Pugazhendi recently and his service was utterly nonsense. He didnt listen to the patient properly and prescribed the tablets which didnt help at all. I dont recommend visiting this Doctor. Dont waste your money on this clinic.
