Very bad behaviour and their some stuff was so rude / Patient waiting so long time. Just horrible . The can not give emergency report. You have to waiting for some hours.but their owners was so good

Almost every types of test done here like CT Scan/ USG etc. Compare to the other diagnostic center price is not so high. Report quality is also very good. But I am giving the diagnostic center 4star rating for cleanliness. Because the center should be more clean.

There are several problems - 1. You have to wait entire day for usg 2. They will ask the reason for doing blood test. But why a patient should tell the reason.? Is there any link for the reason of doing test and the final report? You are taking the people for granted.

There is no systematic way of tests after taking advance appointment test was completed at last it took three and half hours to conduct an echo cardiography then why they are booking in advance and giving a time to report

Very poor service and mismanagement of time. You have to wait entire day for doing USG. No time slot provide to the patient party as per booking no.

I have been there for diagnostic purpose and in every occasions I witnessed the poor people who are coming from villages without knowing the name of the diagnostic tests are CHEATED in various technics. I saw the staffs when asked for Echo cardiography (as prescribed by the Doctor) cheats the patient by billing Echo colour Doppler ( which is expensive), taking advantage of the ignorance some are also being forced to do unnecessary blood tests. So I suggest to BE CAREFUL WHILE VISITING THE DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORY.. Above the staffs behavior towards the patient are very Rude.
