Dr. Joyeeta Basu is more than a doctor. She treats her patients like a friend and truly cares for them. She is the best GP you will ever meet. She is an honest person and is true to her profession.

Dr Joyeeta Basu has been my families doctor for more than 10 years, and she is one of the best GPs you'll meet. She cares about her patients beyond the normal hours and she is always very understanding and helps diagnose issues. For all those who are discussing time taken to wait - big hospitals and other clinics also have the same issue, it's not a unique one in the medical field emergencies come up all the time. I'd recommend waiting for her anyday rather than going elsewhere. Thanks doc for taking care of me, mom and Divij all these years.

Not a recommended place at all. They never have a doctor available in case of emergency. Specifically, the general physician is never available. This clinic is in a posh locality but carries a low profile value.

Dr. Joyeeta Basu is the best doctor. I and my wife had covid and Dr. Joyeeta provided us good treatment and prescribed the right medicine which helped us in recovering. Along with that, she is very patient and she was of us great support for the entire duration of our treatment.

Dr Joyeeta Basu is worth her weight in Gold. Don't know how else to put it. What a life saver. Bless her.

Very disappointed with the reception staff! Have been trying to get an appointment/ info for a simple iron infusion since last evening but have neither got an appointment with the doctor , nor for the infusion , nor any update as to if it is possible to get this at the clinic. I have requested to get me a doctor's appointment and I am ok to pay for it, but they refuse.

The response from Doctors Hub is pathetic. I have tried to call them for some consultation with 2 different mobile numbers and almost 20 times but their team is been ignoring the calls. Meanwhile the call was waiting for a couple of times which eventually mean that they could see the incoming calls. Ridiculous behaviour. In a profession like this you guys need to pick up the call immediately and check the urgency level first. Couldn't Give more poor ratings to them, but personally reach Google India team to delist them.

I am super glad that I was recommended Dr. Joyeeta Basu at Doctor's Hub. Professional,very competent, friendly & reassuring besides the fact that the hub is a one stop shop for many tests -saves you time & effort. Moreover the Hub is up to date on using technology as a communication means with the patients which just makes everything more efficient. I would recommend, Dr Basu & the Hub anyday.
