Pathetic behaviour from receptionist. They just want to lure customers and money. Doesn't know how to talk to a person.
Worst experience doctors have prescribed 2 types of xray but they had done only one for which we have to wait for the treatment horrible reception staff always taking in the cell phone rather then helping the patient.
The radiologist present here and the entire team is very unprofessional. They don't know how to talk to patients. I went there for my father's test. At first he made us wait and later called my father in. He did not allow anybody else to go in. Later, he asked my father to open his shirt and my father was not able to open his buttons as he is partially paralysed. And he started shouting at my father. And when I answered him back he started yelling and abusing at me also and later denied giving us service. Stay away from this place. Everyone is illiterate. And very very unprofessional!!!
Even rating One star also not deserve. Too much rude behaviour and rough language to patients. Even the staff who operate ultrasound uses rough language to patient and their family member. They didn't know how politely talk to human being.
1 star is also more. Worst service, illiterate doctors. They charged Rs 2200 for ultrasound. Report was not clear at all everything was mentioned starting with a word doubtful. When I showed the report to my doctor he told we were only in doubt then only ultrasound was recommended. Just a waste of money.
I went to this place on 15-Jan-2020 with my brother for pathalogy test worth Rs. 2750. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service they are providing. The two females seating in the reception are very rude. Also, they are not punctual about timing. They told Ultra sound would start at 10:00 AM but its 10:15 AM and its yet to start. Piece of advice - Please ask both the lady receptionist to inculcate a polite and customer friendly behaviour.
It was a very bad experience if I had a option to give zero star I would prefer to give zero star. I came here for ultrasound and x-ray, they charged me 1500. 1200 for ultrasound and 300 for x-ray. If you check out, you will get only 700 for ultrasound. Also staff behavior is very bad they are very rude with there patients. I am requesting to all the patients don't go in this diagnostic center for checkup.
Diagnostic centre is good. But the 2 ladies at the reception are Rude. They do not answer to the questions asked. Talk so rudely. They misspell the name and laugh once you correct them. We hope this is looked into. Behavior is utmost important in places like this.
