We have pre booked one day before the test. They said that the test is carried out in the order of bookings, people who've booked are preferred over the others. And told to arrive at 10 AM. We've reached at 10 as per they instructed. But they told us to wait. People who didn't book the test are finished the test. We wait until 12 o'clock. It was so frustrating. They don't treat their customers well. Very bad experience.
