Highly disappointed ....Considering this place as the only place and thinking good I went for scan. Though it all started good they finally pushed me to such irritating situation I never ever had till date. Remember you are a representative of a medical areana and cant behave cheapish for asking an envelope to carry the report (hard copy). Its disgusting the way your CT Scan incharge (staff) behaved and the reason given for an envelope. When you people take soooo much money for a test cant you bare minimum provide an envelope and top of it you behaving rude too...Fighting till the last minute and staff talking to so called MD gave me a medical garbage bag (instead of envelope) but Thanks for that as it was much needed at that time Ns so I accepted knowing its a medical garbage bag... Is this all because you think you are the only lab available in the city???

Good response on tests and reports. Active and polite staff members. The only issue is the way they maintain toilets. Worst maintenance of toilets which is unhealthy as well as not suitable for collecting urine samples. It would be great if that issue is corrected.

Often the PoS card machine is not in use. they say silly excuse. It has happened with me 3-4 times. Otherwise their service is good.

They are really quick to give few test results. One can check with them how long will it take to get any particular test done before reaching there and decide if there's any time constraints. Staffs are very kind.

24 working lab in Trichy.staffs are be polite and knowledge. reasonable tariff and timely delivered the reports through email.i strong recommend the lab for diagnostic.

Please don't go to this centre, they give wrong test results. One of the worst diagnostic centre, the test results said worst type of cancer & in final stage but the patient had no symptoms so another diagnostic centre from Mumbai gave the report as normal. Kindly don't go here & lose ur peace of mind.

One of worst center in Trichy...last week i went covid test ..they taken around 1 week for testing ...it's came positive..even no symptoms.. next day i m gone in Trichy GHand given corona test ..report came nagative.. After that I m enquiry this center they given wrong report to so many persons...so trichy collector order to close around one week.. centre not follow proper test procedure... My suggestions Don't go to this center for corona testing u lose money also given wrong report. .. proper test report given Trichy gh only ..
