Been there for just a dental cap replacement yesterday, started with almost an hour wait (was told it would be 40 mins) and to only be attended by a Junior Doc (p.s. it was informed and I agreed thinking it's just cap fitting) but little did I know the Doc is " junior" for a reason...lacking basic soft skills - he was all over the place...yelling at his subordinates whilst my treatment was on and did the whole thing quiet hastily not informing what was being done....i seriously doubt his credibility. In a nutshell, worst experience so far at a dentist so I wouldn't recommend this place for sure !!!
Doctor Smile is one of the best dental clinic in North East (West Bengal) . You'll get a quality service in a very empathetic environment. Very Well maintained and well equipped.

Treatment is good....but they don't maintain the time ...atleast every time one have to wait for 3 hours...this is very disappointing....should have a look on this matter...what is the use of taking appointment
