Clinic premises as well as service was comparable to international standards. The doctor patiently listened to every symptom and showed genuine care, professionalism and expertise. Surprised at the high standard of service, I asked if he was educated abroad. He said he studied in India.

Overcharging.. I was never comfortable with Dr. Shankar and the way he consulted me. I was always getting a feeling that he is ordering unnecessory tests just to make money. I tried to escape without doing the tests, but I couldn't. Finally ended up in doing unnecessory tests worth INR 3000.
