Pathetic experience. They don't respond to mails. There's absolutely now way to connect. No grievance redressal. Paid money for an appointment which did not take place due to doctor's unavailability. No refund No compensation. Pathetic

There is no way to reach out to the support team either from the app or from their website. There is no way to get the invoices to the money paid. They have a form to raise a ticket in app, but there was no response and there is no way to track the status. A company that provides no means to their customers to raise concerns. Shame.

I booked my appointment and Doctor did not come. There is no any contact number mentioned in the app or customer support to ask my refund.

Dear I Read the Reviews of many Users, and found that all are Disappointed with this app i also disappointed and feel the same. I think this is a fraud app and that's why i am going to do FIR in my nearest Police station. I was booked an appointment with a doctor on 28.06.2021 for 9:50 PM and paid advance amount for appointment. after then i was waiting last night around 2 hours from the time of appointment but doctor was not came for consultancy and then finally i have lost my paid amount. they have not built his app Properly they were not mentioned any contact details of customer support over the app they not mentioned any refund option if doctor not come and patient not received the consultancy. who is responsible for this who will pay my paid amount if i have not received any consultancy from doctor. why customer bear the fault of your doctor's team and your system if you cant provide the doctor on time then why you receive the money from customer... I suggest to all don't book the appointment with this app go with other this is fake Application and I am going to do FIR with Proper Documents and by Professionally i am legal advisor and looking these type of matters in the court. i will show you what happen when you doing the fraud with your customers. Thank You.

Best app I have ever used. Very simple to use. Rules of the games are very clear! Doctor or patient, play it fair. Very practical, useful, simple, cost effective. Unlike some apps no unfair, paid, promotions and commercial degradation of the medical profession

Idea is good and may be service also. I just visited a Dr and since the Dr is registered on DocOn my number got registered and i got prescription link over whatsapp. Thats good. But the bad part is, DocOn shares our personal details with other companies like PharmEasy and we get unwanted spam calls from PharmEasy within 1 hr after consultation to buy medicine. This is not acceptable.

Hi I consult Dr sanjay Bhatt , soon I see him with my prescription , next day I get call from pharma easy asking medicines , I get call from some company asking me my medical condition , they want advise me on diet etc.. Point is Dr is not involved , but why my data is open to others , I understand business , but I did not like some one interfering & influencing ...not happy

Iam a paediatrician using this software for some time, there are so many glitches with this software and no body is interested to take a corrective action Problems i encountered 1)They removed the customized SMS services, 2) Then for few days all kind of SMS option was put on hold. 3) previously vaccine reminder SMS was in local language tamil, later they changed to English,now with out any prior notification they send messages in HINDI,here is the proof nmskaar, Dhanna aap apnaa Influenza (due: 30/04/2020) vaccine kaa ttiikaa lgvaanaa bhuul ge haiN / kRpyaa jld se jld apnaa ttiikaa lgvaaeN / ddoN.
