Not satisfied with staff members People who are going there are just following shepherd's flow 3rd quality service

Vahiyat staff rakha hai... Baat karne ki tamiz hi nahi hai.. I did call for asking doctor's availability and the receptionist boy started to scold me that doctor will not be available as per your convenience. I describe the problem and asked whether I have to come as an emergency or it's fine to come afterwards, the person replied me Doctor is not here to handle your baby's problem, you have to take care of your baby we are not responsible for your baby's problem. What the hell If someone is calling you for appointment, be nice with them. Not nice atleast give them genuine response. Before this, untrained MO gave vaccine to my daughter and she did blood leakage and we asked what is the problem she replied you are not supposed to ask me anything. This happens sometimes. Reception have the right to come in doctor's cabin and in the front of doctor she is scolding other patient for their turn... Is this way to talk with your customers! 0 star except Dr. Kevin consultation.

Not satisfied with the behaviour of any staff members. Not satisfied with the consultation of Doctor. Not satisfied with the lady MO who is giving Vaccination without any specialized doctor guidance. People who are going there are just following Shepherd's flow.

Very very rude behavior of staff members. Disappointed with the service of 1.5 month's baby's vaccination from a lady MO without any specialized doctor's observation. Not recommended.

First of all staff behaviour is very very poor after if you new patient to meets dr mr dobariya then you have to wait for 7 days and he is not comes after an afternoon so cool

3rd quality service not satisfied N I C U all service are bad

I called Saturday to hospital at a time receptionist give me time to call at 6-7 am for appointment on Monday. Now I have called 25-30 times till now not be connected to them. Either rings or busy.. Dont know what the hell they are doing in early morning...

I consulting Dr dobariya about 1.5 years but yesterday my child health is critical Frist I call hospital but don't take call then I reach the hospital and told the staff child condition was critical so plz consultant doctor staff of hospital denied to meet the doctor and say today is not possible .I take my child another hospital to treatment.then another day I visit hospital and complian about the staff and services Dr dobariya behave very rude and say we are not need any suggestions.and say you consultant any other doctor don't come .very very bad and disappointed behaviour of well known doctor o think twice before consulting them this hospital building is not gud and cleaness level is very poor and support staff of hospital is very rude and not give any proper answer behaviour of staff is very bad.
