Worst experience ever. - Came 2 hours late. - Demanded cash immediately after boarding the tempo traveler, we said we only have online payment then asked to get down from the vehicle. - Prashant, who works as the agent, was drunk and abusing, and fighting with driver. He was commenting the ladies, using vulgure language. - Demanded complete payment in advance. We were like no option but can only tolerate. - They Prashant, agent and owner both and driver all were misusing the situation of the passenger. They almost made us crying. It was really terrible. - One point of time, I thought to grab his collar and beat him with all my strength but then thought about each and everyone in the vehicle as it was my responsibility to take them back to Delhi. Quite professional people, I booked a cab from Vrindavan to IGI Airport at a time when no one else was ready to go and I had a flight to catch. People who were willing to go were asking too heavy price considering the situation but here I got a cab a very reasonable price without a hassle.
