The gym is good with machinery and environment is also nice. Highly focused by personal trainer on workout, diet and rest which gives perfect fitness result. They take 6 days workout in a weak and workout followed by cardio, weight lifting and streching. Thanks to chetan sir.

Best budget friendly gym in Parel!
This gym is small, no cardio, no advanced equipments but still I'll say to prefer this gym.
If you want to loose your weight and you are thinking that there is no cardio here then don't worry I can bet you will get to see the result within a month if you follow trainer's instructions. The trainer here have very good knowledge about fitness diet and workoutplan. If you are thinking to join a gym which got good trainer which have air conditioning but should not affect your wallet then you should give a try here.
One the best fitness centre. Best part is the trainer who give you proper advice for all workout. Very friendly. My fitness has really improved over a period of time and i will give all credit to gym trainer ,Rupesh.
No equipment for cardio. (Treadmill unavailable)
Extermly undermaintained equipment. The only piece of equipment that work are probably the dumbbells.
Trainer doesn't guide you even if he sees that your posture isn't right. Absolutely unprefferable for beginners who don't opt for personal training.
Don't get into the trap of low price. Will take a hit on your body.
