My experience with the hospital staff and doctors have been excellent. Staff is very polite and cooperative and doctors are very supportive. Cleanliness in the hospital is remarkable. Parking in the hospital is an issue though it is universal but some efforts could be made in this regard.
Doctor, staff and mediclaim department people are nice, soft spoken and take good care of patients. Only improvement they can do is fragrance issue in room after cleaning and in the monitoring late night syringe given to patients.
Worst service they add unwanted charges and service was too low class no one give you ans properly. Disgusting!!!
Services are fine but billing department is lazy and at the time of discharging one nurse asked my mobile with unlock and putted 5 star in review by them self. Now I am updating to actual rating what they deserve
Some of your staff are good but some are too newsworthy.I have been staying in DNS for two days. I feel that the nurses and lady doctors here believe that money grows on trees and whoever comes to their hospital leaves without paying. They behave like this with the patients and their families. It's like we are getting treatment in a government hospital, we have to run 10 times for everything.
Good but service was very low. I had gone through an operation with the help of mediclaim insurance. hospital done their job very slowly plus added uncertain charges. In the other point of view: 1.If u summon nurse they will come late. 2.tea was disgusting There are some good things like: 1.doctors are so good and came regularly in their shifts. 2.rooms and bathroom were clean. 3. Some of the staff were good
In DNS I admitted for a small orthopaedic surgery of my hand and the services are pretty good doctors are pretty experience and the overall is god but just need to add service Response on cleanliness is little poor need attention, private room should need little renovations.
