Good equipments, good space, good environment (vey encouraging), really friendly Trainer .Navpreet Sir also motivates a lot. Honestly what else do you need. It feels good to know that everyday you're gonna come to a place that will boost your will to reach your goals. It's also enjoyable as they have fun activities to take part in. I think it's a place that makes your weaknesses your strength( physical) and your insecurities your security
