Very bad experience I can share a very bad experience. No one should come like this again. When a patient was brought to casualty in this hospital with severe pain, a nurse came to the patient after 15 minutes and then waited for the doctor for a long time. Hospitals like this, instead of giving negative reviews, we should file a complaint and stop this. They are playing with people's lives.

We admitted there for 2 days & room situation is very very bad. We are not asking 5 star facility. But it's your responsibility to provide the decent facilities for the cash taken from the patients. We are going to hospitals when we are sick. But if we stay these rooms, we might be lifetime patients. Very poor hygiene We consulted Dr.Jumana (gynaecologist) & we are very happy in the services of the doctor.

Called several times but did not pick up the phone. Even on a landline the conversation is not clear. I asked if I could call back from any number and the caller hung up. No one called. When we call, we pay to take the phone call. Then why not pick up the phone

My cousin recently left her job here. The reason? Poor management! Poor work ethics! Poor work culture! Let this review stay here and hopefully things get better for a staff who is not from Northern Kerala!

The surroundings feel good.!! Even if the building is not suitable for a hospital, the treatment facilities are excellent. Employees need to be a little more professional. Notable for having quick access from the highway and a huge car parking.

Very bad service.... staff behavior and dealing very bad. No maintenance leadership, when I went to the lab( Doctor Speciality Clink) at 1300 all the staff had gone to eat lunch. No other alternate option.... wait for the staff to come. There is no other way, no salvation

Why are you giving a contact number on your website. I have been trying to this number from last 3 hours not picking up. Is there atleast one staff on your reception to pick this phn up. Very bad

Very bad response from reception side, i don't know what happed to them, not even pickup my call from morning 6:30 to 8:15 Monday... Need to improve, because your hospital are near to us..
