Very bad service.. They make customers work at the store, post billing customers have to pack their own groceries. No assitants available.Lot of waiting time at cash counters..the floor supervisor ( Alveni) is not helpful with the situation.. Very frustrating..

At this DMART all types of products are available in a single floor only, so we no need to get confused with the floors just like any other outlets of it. And here most of the time it will be crowded inside but it gets spacious inside where we can go with our carts and walk through it. And if we got the billing counters there are more than 6 counters where anyone can standby in a line to get their bills done. Also the products are completely separated and placed accordingly so that no one needs to check around for the required items, if you go through it carefully you can find all the items such as groceries, dairy products, luggage bags, stationery, snacks, etc. And if we come to the parking level it will be a bit annoying sometimes as they maintain only one way for both entry and exit to the ground level parking so be careful while getting to the parking level and no need to worry it is also very spacious most of the time to get the required space for your particular vehicle..

I visited d Mart during deepavali time. It has a wide variety of options for sweets, dress, other equipment.etc and they sell it at an affordable price. They also provide discounts for sweets,dress etc. Their selling prices are lower than the original price.
