DM WIMS Canteen - Family restaurant in Arapetta - Wayanad, India

I had an abysmal experience at DM Wims canteen. The food was horrendous, tasting as though it had been sitting out for days. Not only was the taste appalling, but the quantity served was laughably small, leaving me unsatisfied and hungry. The service was an absolute disaster - incredibly slow, as if time had come to a standstill, and the staff's attitude was atrocious, displaying zero regard for customer satisfaction. To top it off, the packaging was pitifully scant, barely containing anything, and to add insult to injury, no invoice or bill was provided, leaving customers in the dark about what they're actually paying for. Avoid this place at all costs!

Very nice and clean hospital canteen. Provides tast foods. Staffs are much cooperative but due to more number of customers unable to handle properly. Could be better if they increase the manpower or manage in a proper way.

I have eaten in many hospital cafeterias. This one has excellent chef choices and when all else fails the quesadilla is excellent. There are a few gluten free choices as well.
