Easily visible from distance. Very neat and clean. Multiple security guards. Have a canteen. It has hospital as well as other big brands and companies. Overall a good place. It has good canteen facility. Has number of offices inside.
This corporate tower is well structured but the drawback is that being a private property parking is not free. You have to pay a hefty amount no matter if you own a two/four wheeler it's also for the employees who work in this corporate offices. Talking about the best part is it's well connected from highway and railway station.
It's a commercial space with good ambiance for corporate offices. It also provides spaces for successful and amazing companies like red chilles entertainment. Coming to the topic of connectivity it is quite close to Goregaon station (10 - 15 minutes walking distance) or sharing auto rickshaws are also available (5 - 7 minutes) for 10/- rs. Local train to andheri is easily and very often available, the atvm machine is right beside the platform for immediate booking as well.
