DLF Hyde Park has been a massive disappointment. If you're considering it as a place to live in New Chandigarh, think twice. The sewerage system is in shambles, with frequent and complete blockages. The worst part is that you need to constantly chase DLF officials to have the sewage manholes temporarily cleaned using pumps. It's a never-ending cycle of frustration. What's more disheartening is the feeling of being scammed by the name of DLF. It seems they are primarily here to profit from exorbitant CAM charges and hefty electricity bills. For instance, the DG backup units are charged at an astronomical rate of Rs 32 per unit. If you're looking for a better place to live, I'd recommend considering Ecocity. It falls directly under GMADA, offering a more reliable and pleasant living experience. In summary, DLF Hyde Park is far from the ideal place to call home in New Chandigarh. Explore your options carefully and be cautious of the promises made here.
It's an upcomIng residential area in the lap of nature constructed by DLF almost on foothills and has apartments. Serene and green are the surroundings. You might have the peacock on your terrace or the occasional deer in your backyard.
High maintenance charges & poor service

Good place to have a home. Infrastructure is too good, club facilities and staff are also good. Just started living here sometime back, garbage collection issues, no vegetables shop nearby. There will be improvement in the times to come but the sooner the better. Thank you.

Calm place to live. The infrastructure, greenery and birds noise in the morning attracts towards this place. Anyone looking for a family flat is a good choice here. Wide streets are there to park the vehicle and for morning and evening walk in the society. But one bad thing that I want to share is that there are a lot of stray dogs which even bite the people. So, whenever you will visit here, please keep this thing in your mind for your Safety.
Being from Delhi City life Dlf here is slow in service Good for small get together However for living , dogs here are menace. High electricity cost USP is green cover rurban flats and mind of peace a little away from city life
