I really had a good experience purchasing my first car with KIA DKH Kannur as I was assisted (in every way possible) by Nithin (you are super!) from start 'til handover. He was knowledgeable of the products he was selling and was very accommodating (not to mention very patient too). Being a first timer, I have little ideas of what car I want and that will fit my needs, I had to visit couple of showrooms to ask and this is where I was assisted more properly and was explained about the product more. This will really be a very memorable experience for me indeed, considering I had a very bad experience with other dealers (with rude agents).

A dealership with good, polite, and friendly staff. I heard that they are planning to move their service center away from the showroom. If it's true, it's definitely a good decision. Because it's an unsuitable facility for accommodating both vehicles being serviced and new vehicles at the same time.
