Food taste and Hygiene Level: The food served was hot, fresh with accurate spice level. I ordered Amritsari Kulcha with Curd and for dessert, I had Indian Inspired Rose Ice-cream. The hygiene level of food greatly met expectations. Food platting: Simple level of platting. Staff: Polite and Helpful Staff. Cleanliness Level: Well kept with cleanliness and well organised seating arrangement, have a royal touch. Affordability: Medium to High dish pricing. Kids and Elder Friendliness: The food served is on accurate spice levels. You can ask the Chef for food spice levels.
We were here for my father's birthday dinner. Loved the whole ambience and the vibe of the restaurant. Mr Anil was really humble to help us. I must say the food is appetizing here. Though the quantity served is way to much. We were done with food & did not have urge for desserts at all. Ordered plenty of stuff & every dish was delicious. Overall a fantastic dinner night. Once again a thanks to Mr Anil.
They have best veg platter , it tastes apart , really good. Nalli Nihari with khamiri roti is out of the world and service is 5 star . Be ready to pay handsomely.
Fantastic food, traditional and tasty. The service is of the highest standards and all staff actually know about the food they are serving. Very clean, and high attention to detail. All this surrounded by a beautiful decor. Having gone back to Diya today, I was once more impressed. Service is impeccable and the food is not only outstanding but affordable.

Here is the thing. Before I start, let me state this loudly. This has been perhaps the most researched, intense and honest food festival I have even attended. Kudos to Chef Ashish for his sheer passion and hard work and big thumbs up to Chef Ajay Sahoo for putting all of it into a great dish. As we all know that one of the missing thing about our indian cuisine is , we don't have documented recipes. So , looking for connect with history, searching for ingredients and then putting them together to make a dish is an incredible stuff. Hats off to the entire teem of Leela Gurgaon for showcasing this and showing that the food of the royal court of Mughals is not what we have eaten before.. Don't miss it, you will regret it. You will also enjoy the great story telling of Chef Ashish. Besides being an excellent Chef, he knows to weave magic through his art of story telling too! Have been visiting here for last 10 + yrs. One the best fine dining restaurants in Gurgaon with authentic food. Service is bit slow at times but the food is amazing, it will delight your senses and some of the flavours will invoke old memories. Server Anita and Chef Athar needs special mention
