I had a remarkable experience with Dr. Dixit after I got my finger twisted (a condition called Mallet finger) while playing. It was a Sunday, a day when most clinics are closed, but to my astonishment, Dr. Dixit personally answered my call. He wasted no time in instructing his Radiographer to open the clinic and facilitate an immediate X-ray. Though remotely, his guidance was precise and invaluable as he thoroughly reviewed the X-ray images sent via WhatsApp and promptly advised me on the necessary steps to take. Dr. Dixit suggested a follow-up ultrasound scan (from outside) to rule out chances of any internal injuries (as I was not able to control the movement of my finger). He promptly scheduled a consultation for the following day, ensuring that I receive the best possible treatment plan. His willingness to go above and beyond, even on a weekend, truly reflects his genuine concern for his patients. I am immensely grateful for Dr. Dixit's exceptional care and am confident that anyone under his expert guidance is indeed in the best of hands.
