Diwatel Grande Resort By NXSTAY - Hotel in Lonavala, Nandgaon - Pune, India

Toilet & Bathroom is too small. Rest every thing is okay I was staying there and vacated the room on 22.10.2023. Same day I have requested for a room for fresh up only for 3-4 hrs but the reception desk asked for full tariff. After that I have booked through online and got less than Rs. 1030/- from their rate. This is not fair to the customers.

Very terrible and worst hotel being awarded with 4 star rating. Rooms are very small don't have a sofa in the room , even don't have a centre table to have dinner. Toilet it is like a hole to move only one person in and out at a time. Very bad experience. The AC doesn't work properly. Very bad experience and I will recommend don't go by the review and star rating.

Room , service very good, but common toilet bathroom is very bad, all ladeis aNdd gents requried indian toilet system. You can make atleast 1 or 2 indian toilet system for comman. All leddiij aNdd gents expriance very eneasy to use it .

Its a old property well maintained by them. Rooms are big enough but bathroom is quiet small and not very clean tough. It seems tiles needs to be replaced.

Only drawback is the location which is 4 kms from station and autos charge hefty amount to reach there, apart from this all the facilities are good Overall a good resort with a variety of options for breakfast lunch nd dinner

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at hardly 3.5kms from railway station and bus stand, extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Ms.Kamini and Prasad. It possesses a cool and mild climate and is surrounded by high mountain ranges. It was a superb property at best location of Lonavla... within a nature and with completed all needs to relax for staying with family as well as business trip.. very supportive staff and Mr.Rahul Mr Amit Mr Shankar The manager at Diwatel Grand Resort managed the events and visitors very well and Alos with his staff ( Restaurant Staff is Hard working Ms Kartiki Mr Amar Mr Vijay and All Support Staff) Keep serving the best with same entho. The service was exceptional as well. Room was very neat and clean and mountain view. Extra Ordinary view is there. 24hrs Hot & Cold Water available, Swimming Pool was also neat and clean. Staff was so friendly and prompt service with personalized approached. Well maintained restaurant with so yummy and delicious food. The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Lonavala. Will only stay here if I go to Lonavala again. Diwatel Grand Team thank you

One can stay but can't use swimming pool because it's not only dirty but water is half of the pool. Service is pathetic as they take years to give what you ask for and breakfast only for poha I can't take room with breakfast, better opt for rooms if it's is under 1000.

Food quality below average, swimming pool was not maintained and was dirty, behaviour of staffs and room service are excellent.Most important, staffs are customer friendly and honest, we left hotel leaving our luggage at reception, they kept the luggage and all belongings safely and returned.
