Mr. Owner , thanks for your reply. Please check with your maintenance guy whether I have called him to check the AC on 1st September . He just turned it on again and kept 17 as room temperature & Sir, what you expect me to do at 2 AM even if it's a result of hard earned money or gambled - whatever - i have slept on the floor facing the ac wind to manage and offcose it was hectic :: and the crew only told the hotel is completely empty, I didn't investigate ..please do the neccessary actions to correct those since the hotel is having very high potential due to the location..Take it or leave it..Thank you.

Hotel is good for a short stay. The hotel has an underground parking sufficient for 6-8 cars max. Short entry for the parking spot.

The service is good and the staff is polite,food is good too. Entire Facility is neat and clean. but there are certain issues with the rooms itself... The rooms feel low lighted,natural sunlight is less,the room had only one plug point that too away from the bedside...how am I suppose to charge my phone or laptop..the television was placed weirdly...and the hotel does not have any solution to this.. and the room space is very less for the double room....

The room was absolutely good and i never knew this hotel in the past.i am a regular visitor to the city and this time i found a gem inside the city.clean and tidy rooms.the only thing i m disappointed was that the condition of bath towel which was pathetic,looked very old.apart from that a good place stay near the city

Clean hotel, good food and competent staff. The manager Mr. Santosh went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we had a pleasant stay and good experience at Kochi. He attended to our every need, even escorting us when we were in need of a pharmacy etc. The only thing we could have wished for was WIFI accessible in the rooms, but since WIFI is available in the lobby this was not an issue. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cochin for a budget friendly yet quality experience.

Its an ok place if you're with friends. Might be a good one for couples but if you are with more than 2 friends then youre gonna have a problem probably. Also the rooms feel a bit small and kind of dim lit and also a bit suffocating if you need fresh air all the time. But its budget Friendly and marine drive and almost every required amenity is nearby so its the best place to stay if youre on a budget and want to stay around marine drive. Also the food is pretty okay; not very delicious though.

Waste management. No proper english speaking receptionist. No tissue paper in washroom. No door mats outside washroom door. Did not confirmed package inclusion or exclusions. Half of the dishes you order are not available I wonder why they mention huge selection. Management don't know how to speak to customers. One manager (who is owner of other hotel) confirms that dinner is in package and other manager slaps bill. Finally had to pay because of no clear communication from hotel's end.
